Origine of Foods that we eat Everday

An Apple a day keeps Doctors away and the rice is our daily main food besides rice we need different curry to taste in a different way otherwise, you won't eat that food to live. Here're the different foods that we eat today are originally from the countries that you may not be known.


7. Tea


Tea became popular in India during the exchange trade in mids of 16 Century by Chinese People of Tang Dynasty which they actually pronounced  tĂș.




6. Papaya


Papaya is originated in Central and South America. It was actually cultivated in Mexico, and spread throuhout the world following the spanish Colonization of the America.  
5. Apple

Apple tree is originated in Central Asia. The apple tree was perhaps the earliest tree to be cultivated, and its fruits have been improved through selection over thousands of years. Alexander the Great is credited with finding dwarfed apples in Kazakhstan in 328 BCE.



4. Potato


Potato was brought by Spanish in the mids of 16 century and the word Potato comes from the Spanish word Patata.

3. Mango


Mango was brought in india by Portuguese(Manga) during spice trade with India in 1498. 

2. Tomato

Tomato is originated in Central and South America. It was actually cultivated in Mexico, and spread throuhout the world following the spanish Colonization of the America. The word Tomato comes from the word Tomate.



1. Rice

Rice is discovered by Chinese legends attribute the domestication of rice to Shennong, the legendary emperor of China and inventor of Chinese agriculture.
